Use of our services
You may use LawDome only in compliance with these Terms, applicable law, and any order form, statement of work, subscription plan, or written agreement between you and LawDome Inc..
You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, quality, and ownership of the content, data, credentials, instructions, and materials you provide to us or publish through our services.
You may not misuse the services, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with platform operation, scrape or reverse engineer protected parts of the services, upload malicious code, or use the services to violate another party's rights.
Accounts and customer content
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
You retain ownership of content and materials you provide. You grant us the rights needed to host, copy, process, display, modify, and use that content as necessary to provide, support, secure, and improve the services.
We may remove or restrict content if we reasonably believe it violates these Terms, applicable law, third-party rights, or platform security requirements.
Subscriptions, billing, and cancellation
Fees, billing cadence, included services, and plan limits are described in the applicable order form, checkout flow, pricing page, or written agreement.
Unless a written agreement states otherwise, subscriptions renew on a recurring monthly basis, fees are due in advance, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the then-current billing period.
Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated in a written agreement. We may suspend or terminate services for overdue amounts.
Third-party services
Our services may integrate with third-party products such as hosting providers, analytics tools, payment processors, email platforms, calendar tools, CRM systems, advertising platforms, AI providers, and customer-selected software.
Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services that we do not control.

You are responsible for reviewing content, workflows, advertising claims, intake questions, disclaimers, consent language, retention practices, and communications for compliance with laws, professional rules, licensing rules, platform policies, and industry obligations that apply to your business.
Intellectual property
The LawDome platform, software, workflows, templates, designs, code, documentation, brand assets, and related intellectual property are owned by LawDome Inc. or its licensors.
Subject to payment of applicable fees and compliance with these Terms, you may use the deliverables we create for you for your own business purposes. We may reuse general know-how, ideas, templates, patterns, components, and non-confidential improvements developed while providing services.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The services are provided on an as-is and as-available basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free performance, search ranking outcomes, advertising results, revenue, lead volume, or specific business results.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, goodwill, or business interruption.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, fail to pay fees, create security or legal risk, or use the services in a way that may harm us, our customers, or third parties.
After termination, your right to use the services ends. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the services after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
