Your 21-calendar-day launch clock starts after kickoff.

If a delay on our side takes launch past day 21, your first full month at your subscribed plan is credited free. We continue the launch work.

What counts as launch: Launch means your custom website is live on your domain, the products included in your plan are connected, lead capture works, and the SEO and analytics foundation is in place.
When the clock pauses: We ask for key feedback and decisions within 48 hours. The launch clock pauses for outstanding feedback, assets, access, compliance approvals, third-party dependencies, or new scope.
Enterprise and multiple locations: For Enterprise and multi-location engagements, the flagship website launches on the same basis. Additional locations, advanced programs, and complex integrations follow phases agreed before kickoff.

After launch

30-day money-back guarantee

Your 30-calendar-day refund window starts when your website goes live.

If you’re not satisfied, cancel within that window for a full refund of all payments for your engagement. No questions asked.

What’s refunded: We refund everything you have paid LawDome for the engagement, including your first month and any second month already paid. A launch-delay credit does not reduce your refund.
How to request your refund: Send a written request to your LawDome contact within the 30-calendar-day window. We process the full refund within seven days. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post it.
Separate from ordinary cancellation: The money-back window is separate from normal monthly cancellation. The 30-day cancellation notice does not reduce or delay your eligibility for a full refund requested within the guarantee window.

Your plan provides use of LawDome-created work, not ownership. LawDome keeps the logos, copy, media, designs, code, and platform components it creates. Your existing materials, domain, and data remain yours.

A refund does not transfer ownership of LawDome-created work or include continued hosting. Any permitted use after cancellation must be agreed in writing.
