FAQ
Everything you need to know about how LawDome works, from the free homepage preview to launch, guarantees, and what's in every plan.
Before we ever meet, we design a custom homepage preview for your firm. On your demo call, we walk you through what we built, why we made each decision, and how LawDome can help turn your website into a stronger client acquisition system.
After you choose a plan, you review and sign the agreement, submit payment, and book your onboarding call. Once onboarding is complete, we begin strategy, design, development, setup, and launch preparation.
LawDome is built to launch in 21 days after your kickoff call, backed by our 21-Day Launch Guarantee: if day 21 passes and the delay is on us, your first month is free. Delays in providing materials or approvals pause the clock. Full details are on our Guarantee page.
It starts when your new website goes live, not when you make your first payment. If you are not satisfied within 30 days of launch, request a full refund in writing. Together with the 21-Day Launch Guarantee, you are covered from kickoff to a month past launch.
No. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, LawDome plans are month-to-month. You can cancel by providing at least 30 days’ written notice.
Each plan includes a different level of website pages, edit hours, support, and growth tools. Depending on your plan, this may include website design, hosting, management, DomePortal™, DomeChat™, DomeBook™, newsletters, SEO/GEO support, reporting, and ongoing updates.
LawDome is a monthly service platform. DomeLabs owns the website design, code, platform, systems, templates, automations, and related infrastructure. Your firm keeps ownership of your own business name, logo, domain, trademarks, client-provided content, and client-specific lead data.
After the required 30-day notice period, future billing stops and your access to the LawDome website, hosting, tools, and support may end. Your firm does not receive ownership of the LawDome-built website, code, platform, templates, automations, or systems.
Yes. LawDome plans include website hosting, management, maintenance, and support based on the plan you select. We also help keep the site and connected tools running after launch.
No. We do not guarantee specific traffic, rankings, leads, signed clients, revenue, or ROI. LawDome is built to improve your website, intake, visibility, follow-up, and reporting, but actual results depend on your market, offer, practice area, competition, responsiveness, and other factors.
Both refer to the same company. LawDome is the official brand name; people also search for Law Dome. We are a DomeLabs company building an all-in-one digital platform for law firms.
